Stand beside a box with your inside foot placed on top of it
Pre-load your arms at your sides before each jump
Drive arms upward explosively as you push through the box-side leg
Drive the opposite knee upward as you jump for height
Land in the same starting position — controlled and balanced

Step-by-step technique

Stand beside a box with your inside foot placed on top of it.

Begin with a slight pre-tension — arms ready at your sides.

Swing your arms upward explosively while simultaneously pushing through your leg on the box.

Jump as high as possible, driving the opposite knee upward.

Land in the same starting position with the same foot on the box.

Absorb the landing with a bent knee for control.

Immediately repeat for the desired number of reps.

Switch sides after completing all reps.
