SINGLE LEG HANGING HAMSTRING BRIDGE
Stand
Squat
Form cues
Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width before positioning
Place the back of one heel on the elevated platform directly behind the bar
Hang under the bar with arms fully straight at the start
Drive your heel into the platform and raise your hips by squeezing your glutes and hamstrings
Keep your body in a straight line from head to heel at the top
Instructions
Step-by-step technique
Stand behind a bar facing an elevated platform positioned on the other side.
Grasp the bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip.
Walk your body under the bar and position the back of one heel on the elevated platform.
Place your other foot on or just above the floor with that leg bent.
Hang under the bar with your arms fully straight and your body suspended.
Drive your heel into the platform and raise your hips by squeezing your glutes and hamstrings.
Continue until your body forms a straight line from your head through your heel on the platform.
Lower your hips back down with control and repeat.
