Arms should be straight and fully extended overhead at the wide position
Great as a warm-up exercise to elevate heart rate before a workout

Step-by-step technique

Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.

Jump and simultaneously spread both legs out to the sides while raising both arms overhead.

Land softly with feet about shoulder-width apart and arms meeting above the head.

Immediately jump again and bring the feet back together while lowering the arms to the sides.

Continue in a continuous jumping rhythm for the desired duration or repetitions.
