Step-by-step technique
Stand facing your partner, each holding one end or handle of a resistance band.
Both partners keep their arms straight throughout the exercise.
Partner A lowers into a squatting position, bringing their arms down between their legs.
Simultaneously, Partner B stands upright with arms extended overhead.
The band should remain taut between partners throughout the movement.
Partner A rises while Partner B squats, creating a see-saw alternating pattern.
Continue alternating in a smooth, synchronized rhythm.
Keep your core braced and maintain control of the band tension at all times.
